The hotel has a great central location near restaurants, but unfortunately, the rooms on the lower level were in pretty rough shape. The service varied, with some staff needing better training, especially when it came to handling reservations. Although there's a nice spa tub in the rooms, the overall experience was not ideal considering the customer service issues we encountered.
